1. All information is due at least fifteen (15) days prior to insertion and/or sponsorship term. These include: a signed Insertion Order or Contract, graphics, alternate text description, and functional URLs.
2. Creative may be changed once per month. One piece of creative consists of one banner and its linking URL.
3. Scheduling changes, new target URLs, and/or new graphics should be submitted at least five (5) working days prior to effective date.
4. Creative may be supplied in .GIF, .JPEG or Flash formats.
5. E-mail creative as an attachment to traffic@southcoast247.com. Please include dates and scheduling instructions.
